Service Description
*At Nerd Lounge, we believe every game deserves a satisfying ending. That’s why we offer our Game Finish Guarantee. If a session runs longer than expected, we’ll stay until the current board game concludes at no extra charge. This guarantee applies to any booked session centered around a single board game, provided gameplay began within the first hour of the session and all players remain actively participating. If a session significantly exceeds expected length, future bookings may be adjusted to reflect the longer average playtime.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us 72 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
